I’ve never been closer to getting type 2 Diabetes than now. I’ve just discovered Manchester’s ‘Crumbled’ cafe, which is dedicated to all things crumble. You might have already guessed that by its name.

Double threat – they dish up bottomless custard! I believe that custard is the sweet gravy equivalent up North, and us Northerners can’t get enough of the stuff. So, challenge accepted with an all you can nosh back unlimited custard deal.

The cafe is taking crumbled faves and revamping them for the pink and glitter loving Insta generation, which I’m sometimes sucked right into. Not gonna lie. Would I snap a pic of a regular crumble? Or would I snap a pic of one that’s been vajazzled? You’ve guessed it! Its splash of glitter and toasted marshmellow toppers are right up my street.

Crumbled is located inside Manc’s WOLF Italian Street Food over on Spinningfields Square, and pops up every Weds to Sat. With tasty flavours covering everything from apple to strawberry, it’s all 100% organic, with Vegan options available. Find them on Insta @crumbleduk here.

Know a creative food spot I’d love up North? Drop it in me comments for a feature, love.
