Fenster Cafe: Griechengasse 10, 1010 Vienna
One for your bucketlists or to swing by now if you live in Vienna, is the Fenster Cafe. It’s nothing more than a window in a wall that sells coffee, and it’s only big enough for one Barista. Making ‘takeaway only’ a thing before Rona even happened! I love a good hole in the wall, and it takes me back to doing my Erasmus in Berlin and discovering my first nightclub with a Kebab hole right next to the dancefloor. Absolutely beltin!

Another reason to find the Fenster Cafe is the fact that it also sells the Cornettoccino. It’s a waffle cone filled to the brim with speciality coffee. A great way to be a bit more sustainable and ditch those takeaway cups, and also a great snack. Who knows, maybe it’s filling enough to ditch your gut-busting morning croissants too.
I would love to try one of these. Maybe if I ever visit Vienna again. Can’t believe I didn’t hear about it when I visited, to be honest!
If a cone isn’t your thing, you’ll be pleased to know that they serve coffee the regular way too. Extra points for the fact that all of their cups are recyclable too. AND they roast the coffee themselves.

I love spotting creative ideas from concept cafes to quirky food trends, so if you see anything that you think I’d like, plop it in me comments, cock! If I love it, I’l feature it on here too.
